The loop
One desire, spoken on repeat.
Not a deck of random quotes. Foreword takes the one thing you're calling in and holds it — a long, single-desire script, spoken calmly, looping while you get ready, walk, or fall asleep.
The words follow on screen, line by line, like a song you're learning by heart.
Money moves toward me in every form.
Large sums of money come to me quickly.
I am the one it was always looking for.
Your voice
Hear it the way you'd say it.
Read one short passage aloud, once. From then on, any loop can be woven in your own voice — the most convincing narrator you'll ever have.
No voice profile is stored anywhere. The weave renders once, then lives on your phone forever.
Part of Premium — 7 days free.
Read once — kept forever.
"I am building the life I described, and it is building me back."
The hold
Hold the thought, physically.
Rest a finger on the screen while you listen. The page ripples under your touch, and the phone hums — one slow, unbroken swell that deepens the longer you stay.
It sounds small. But holding the intention makes it tangible — something your hands believe, not just your ears.
Press and hold — try it.
The practices
Three doors into the same room.
Listening is one way in. Foreword also carries the classics, done properly — each a complete daily ritual with its own rhythm, tracking, and reminders on your clock, not the wall's.
New to all of it? A guided seven-day path lets you taste each practice, then asks which one felt like yours.
Robotic loops
Spoken affirmations on repeat — the voice does the work
Scripting
Write your life as if it has already happened
The 369 method
Three, six, nine times through the day — for 33 days
The widgets
Your words, on your Home Screen.
A line from your story, set in type on its mood field, refreshed on your rhythm — once a day, morning and night, or hourly. Long-press to choose whose words it speaks.
A second widget knows your practice and asks for exactly the next step — tap it and you're in the task.
The story
Watch it build, chapter by chapter.
Everything begins with your story — the life you're describing, in your words. Every page becomes a chapter on the thread; every practice grows out of it and points back to it.
Rewriting the story redirects the practice. Old stories retire to the shelf, never deleted.

Questions
Asked, answered.
What is Foreword?
A voice-first manifestation app for iPhone. You speak or write what you're calling in; Foreword turns it into a spoken affirmation loop you listen to daily — in a studio voice or a woven version of your own — alongside the 369 method, scripting, a guided path, and widgets.
Do I have to hear the same affirmations every day?
The daily loop rotates through a library matched to what your story is actually about — never a random deck. And your own words can take the center: your 369 line and pages are always yours, and premium lets you write or speak entire loops of your own. When it feels stale, you change your story and the practice follows.
Can I use my own words instead of picking from a list?
Yes. Your story, your pages, and your 369 line are always in your own words — the practices are built around them. Writing or recording entire loops of your own is part of premium.
Is it free?
The core practice is genuinely usable free: a library of loops, the daily practices, your story, widgets. Premium — $5.99 a month or $29.99 a year, with 7 days free — adds loops in your own voice, the full library, custom loops, and every frequency bed.
Will I get charged without warning, and is it hard to cancel?
Billing runs entirely through your Apple account, so Apple sends the renewal reminders and you cancel in two taps from Settings — no email to a developer required. The 7-day trial is cancellable any time before it converts.
If I switch phones, will I lose everything I recorded and wrote?
No. Your story, recordings, and practice live on your device and in your own iCloud, so they come across when you set up a new phone. There's no company server that can drop your data during an update or a plan change.
Does it read my affirmations in a robotic voice?
You choose: calm studio voices, or your loops woven in your own voice so the words sound like you rather than a synthetic reader. Sleep playback comes with a timer and sound beds.
What is the 369 method?
Write one line 3 times in the morning, 6 in the afternoon, 9 at night — traditionally for 33 days. Foreword distills the line from your own story and keeps the rounds and the arc honest.
Does manifestation actually work?
Research supports pieces of the practice, not magic. Self-affirmation studies show that reflecting on what matters to you changes brain activity and behavior, and writing about goals increases follow-through. Foreword is built on those mechanisms — attention, repetition, identity — and never promises outcomes. More in Learn.
Do I have to make an account, and what happens to my data?
There's no account and no ads. Your words, recordings, and story stay on your device and your iCloud — never uploaded to us or sold. We may measure anonymous feature usage to improve the app, never your content. Paying or not paying never locks you out of what you already created.
Is there an ad-free manifestation app?
Yes — Foreword has no ads and never sells your data. The core practice is free and usable on its own; Premium adds custom loops and the full 92-loop library, billed transparently through Apple. Your words and recordings stay on your device and your iCloud. More on ad-free manifestation apps.
Can I manifest while I sleep?
You can play a loop as you fall asleep — the same loop runs over a sound bed with a timer, so it ends itself. It won't reprogram your mind overnight, but ending the day on your own words is a calm, repeatable ritual. It supports focus and calm; it isn't a sleep treatment. More on manifesting while you sleep.
Can I create my own affirmation loops?
Yes. Your story, pages, and 369 line are always in your own words, and Premium lets you write or record entire loops of your own — in a calm studio voice or woven in your own voice. Making your own loops is the feature Foreword was built around.
How many affirmation loops does Foreword have?
Foreword includes a library of 92 spoken affirmation loops across themes like abundance, confidence, love, calm, and sleep, each written to center a specific goal. Your daily loop is matched to your own story rather than served at random.
What manifestation methods does Foreword support?
Foreword supports the major manifestation methods as complete daily practices: robotic affirmation loops, scripting, the 369 method, and a guided 7-day path for anyone new to all of it. How to choose one.
Does Foreword work on Android?
Foreword is currently an iPhone app, available on the App Store. There's no Android version yet.
Every story worth living
begins with a foreword.
Yours is one page away — spoken daily, in the only voice that has ever convinced you of anything.
